Space Madness the Board Game is a storytelling board game in which players cooperate to repair a spaceship while avoiding being murdered by one another. Created by Robert Easley, the game is inspired by campy sci-fi films of the 1970s, and includes an elaborate backstory based on the plot of an invented movie, Space Madness. Easley created the game’s retro artwork in collaboration with painter Anne Easley (his mother) and photographer Julian Cash (you can see more art on the development blog). With the game nearing completion, Easley is raising funds on Kickstarter to self-publish it.
