Pixelated Scarves Created From Fabric Patterns of Digital Binary Noise

Binary Scarves Glitch Textiles

Artist Phillip David Stearns transforms binary digital noise into pixelated fabric patterns for his line of Binary Scarves. Stearns developed the patterns using algorithms of his own design. The cashmere-cotton scarves are manufactured in the Netherlands by TextielLab. We previously posted about Stearns’ Geiger counter chandelier.
